INDEPENDENT GYM
Independent use of the gym will re-commence on Monday 22/06/2020 in compliance with government recommendations. Please be aware that we are limiting the number of people in the gyms to a maximum of 20 people. This will mean that group classes and private clients will take precedent.

DRY NEEDLING
Although dry needling involves the use of acupuncture needles, it is not the same as acupuncture.
