Injury Rehabilitation Testing 

Whether you’re recovering from an ACL injury, ankle sprain, tendon issue, or post-surgical procedure, we provide clear benchmarks to guide each stage of your rehabilitation.​​

Sport Specific Testing

Our Sport Specific Screening service is designed to identify strengths, imbalances, and injury risks relevant to your sport. Using a combination of objective testing (including force plate analysis and dynamometry).

Sport Clubs & Schools

We offer a range of customisable services for schools and sporting clubs from testing and profiling to athletic development and management of injuries.

Post-Operative Testing

We commonly assess and guide rehabilitation following:

  • Knee surgery – ACL reconstruction, meniscus and cartilage procedures

  • Hip & groin surgery – arthroscopy, labral repair, FAI

  • Ankle & Achilles surgery – tendon repair and ligament reconstruction

  • Shoulder surgery – stabilisation, rotator cuff and labral repair

  • Upper limb surgery – elbow and wrist tendon/ligament repair

  • Spinal procedures – lumbar and cervical surgery
