SUPERWOMEN

Are you looking to improve your general health and fitness in a friendly, supportive environment?

SuperWomen is an initiative designed by Mill Park Physiotherapy to introduce the benefits of strength training to women of all ages in a fun and friendly environment!

Each session is run by a trained Physiotherapist specialised in strength and conditioning.

 

These sessions are individually tailored to meet your very own goals and requirements, with a specific emphasis on:

  • Improving muscular strength

  • Improving body composition and weight loss

  • Improving bone mineral density

  • Enhancing quality of life

Objective testing allows us to assess strength, asymmetry, and movement capacity following surgery, ensuring you progress safely and return to sport or activity with confidence.
