Mill Park Physiotherapy's Falls & Balance Class was introduced to improve balance and reduce falls risk by addressing muscular strength, proprioception and static/dynamic balance.

Each session is run by a trained Physiotherapist.

These sessions are individually tailored to meet your very own goals and requirements, with a specific emphasis on:

  • Improving global muscular strength

  • Improving static balance

  • Improving dynamic balance

  • Improving lower limb intrinsic muscle strength 

  • Improving proprioception

  • Teaching techniques to avoid falls
