At Mill Park Physiotherapy, our Falls and Balance Program is designed to help you regain stability and confidence in your daily life. We provide personalised 1:1 assessment and our falls and balance classes address your unique needs. Our experienced physiotherapists utilise the latest techniques and equipment to enhance your balance and reduce the risk of falls. Whether you're recovering from an injury or managing long-term balance issues, we're here to support you every step of the way towards a safer, more balanced life.

Our Falls and Balance classes run twice weekly, where our physiotherapist will guide you through our evidence-based falls and balance program. The classes are 1 hour in length and include balance, strength, mobility and functional exercises.

Prior to joining a Falls and Balance class, you will need to book an appointment with one of our physiotherapists for an assessment.
