EXERCISE CLASSES
At Mill Park Physiotherapy, we offer a range of classes to cater for different age groups, abilities and injuries. All classes are supervised by one of our skilled physiotherapists, and provide a fun, safe environment to exercise in.
If you are appropriate for a class, your physiotherapist will develop an individualised exercise program tailored to your specific lifestyle, work or sport-specific goals and needs. Exercises may involve the use of one or a combination of machine-based weights, free weights, and Clinical Pilates equipment (reformer and trapezius table) to enable you to receive the most benefit.
