James graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice.

James has a huge passion for sport. He has participated in basketball, football, cricket, swimming and golf from a young age. In recent years, James’ passion for sport has expanded to snowboarding and surfing. Being involved in numerous sports has led James to experience many injuries first hand, including lower back, knee, and shoulder injuries. Through these encounters, James knows how challenging injuries can be, which ultimately led to his interest in rehabilitation.

James has represented Nunawading as Head Physiotherapist at the Australian Age Swim Championships in 2021 and 2022, in Gold Coast and Adelaide respectively. James has also completed his Titleist performance Institute (TPI) certification, which enables him to screen, diagnose and provide golf specific rehabilitation for any level golfer. Through his in-depth knowledge and first-hand experience in both swimming and golf, James has the expertise to perform both swimming and golf specific screening assessments.

James has experience in managing various spinal, joint and muscular injuries across all age groups. He is also qualified in advanced dry needling and is a GLA:D registered physiotherapist. James’ ultimate goal is to help people return to what they love and to reach their full potential.
