Ergonomic Keyboards

With an increasing number of people now working from home, there has been a simultaneous increase in clients reporting new aches and pains. In response, Mill Park Physiotherapy has developed some recommendations to follow to improve postures and help reduce unnecessary complications whilst working at home.

Recommendations relate to set-up of your chair, screen, desk accessories, sit-to-stand desk, regular breaks and some exercises you can do, and your surrounding environment.

Please refer to the "Part 1" video below which shows how to set up your desk at home. "Part 2" goes through a list of exercises, utilising minimal equipment, you can complete at home.
