Daniel completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at RMIT University before graduating with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. Throughout his studies, Daniel obtained experience in both Australia and overseas, gaining valuable knowledge on the management of running related conditions while spending time at a physiotherapy clinic in New York. 
 
Daniel is currently the Head Physiotherapist at the University Blues Football Club, who compete in the VAFA Men’s Premier Division. He works as a trainer for the Sydney Swans team for Melbourne based AFL games, and is a casual academic at La Trobe University, teaching into the physiotherapy course.

Daniel has a clinical interest in sporting injuries involving the hip, knee and ankle. He has a particular interest in managing both ACL injuries and reconstructions. Daniel is passionate about practising evidence-based management in lower limb osteoarthritis and participates in the administration of the GLA:D program.

Away from work, Daniel loves playing basketball and cricket, and finding the best food around Melbourne.
