Career highlights include bronze medals in the 4x800m relay at the 2015 and 2017 IAAF World Relay Championships in Nassau, Bahamas. Her experience as an athlete sparked a deep interest in the rehabilitation and management of sports-related injuries.

Abbey will soon travel to Tonga as the physiotherapist for the Australian team competing at the 2025 Oceania Cup, further demonstrating her dedication to supporting athletes on the international stage.

Abbey has clinical experience in treating running and sport-related injuries such as recurrent hamstring and calf strains, tendinopathy, bone stress injuries, foot and ankle injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She combines her athletic background with evidence-based physiotherapy to help clients return confidently to their preferred activity.

Outside the clinic, Abbey also works as a Clinical Anatomy Demonstrator for physiotherapy students at La Trobe University, contributing to the education of future healthcare professionals.

Abbey is passionate about working closely with each individual to understand their needs. Whether you're an elite athlete or simply aiming to reduce pain and move better, Abbey is committed to helping you achieve your goals.
