GROUP EXERCISE CLASS

Group exercise class utilises floor exercises and pilates based equipment.

 

The class utilises body weight and equipment to work different muscle groups focusing on the upper body, trunk and lower body and incorporates mobility and stretching.

 

This class is aimed at people looking to participate in exercise in a group setting.
