HYDROTHERAPY
What is Hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy involves a series of exercises performed in a warm thermoneutral pool (33.5 – 34.5 °C), where the body neither gains nor loses temperature. It can be undertaken by a wide array of age groups suffering from a variety of conditions and disabilities. The water provides support, buoyancy, warmth, resistance to movement, and compression.
