Eleanor graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences & Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. She has an extensive background in a number of sports, including gymnastics, weightlifting, cross-fit and rock climbing. Currently, Eleanor trains and competes at the state and national level in Olympic Weightlifting in the 59kg category.
Prior to training weightlifting Eleanor coached gymnastics for over 7 years and also trained as a gymnast herself. After giving up gymnastics Eleanor has trained and competed recreationally in rock climbing and bouldering.
Eleanor's background and experience as both an athlete and coach have reinforced her belief that exercise, strength and conditioning are important tools for injury rehabilitation and prevention.
