What is a small group exercise class?
An individualised exercise program for the rehabilitation and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries using spring-resisted equipment as well as floor-based routines. it can incorporate pilates which has a focus on core strength and stability, designed to target postural muscles supporting the spine and joints.
How to participate in small group exercise classes at Mill Park Physiotherapy:
Initially, you need to see one of our Physiotherapists for an assessment and to create your individualised program.
Once you have your individualised gym program you can progress to the 3:1 classes, which are run daily throughout the week.
